I’m a program manager within Meta’s finance organization focused on Supplier Diversity. Meta Supplier Diversity’s mission is to create more opportunities for US companies owned by racial and ethnic minorities, women, veterans, LGBTQ people, and differently-abled entrepreneurs to do business with Meta and the people and communities that we connect.
Launching this program three years ago created a unique career opportunity for me to leverage the power of our platform with my passion for community impact and invest in the economic development of our diverse supplier community.
If a young woman asked me to share my advice for finding her road to impact, I would tell her that you don’t have to have it all figured out. Focus on showing up as the best version of yourself with everything that you do, and that will open the doors for growth and opportunities.
