Women LEAP brings the women at Meta a sense of community and an opportunity to focus on themselves alongside incredible women within the organization that they normally don’t get to work with. We get to learn from one another to excel professionally and personally. It’s important for women to see other women in leadership roles in tech to show that you can do it, it’s feasible, it’s possible, and that with the support of one another you can get there.
